Statement :: What I’m Afraid to Say

What I’m Afraid to Say is dedicated to the taboo thoughts and emotions that we all filter and hide behind our outward expressions.  In our society, self-hatred, violent anger, shameful insecurity, judgment of others, and abject self-pity are all thoughts or emotions that are so  expressed candidly, yet these feelings are universal to the human condition.  It is not that we lack the insight to express these feelings – We choose not to communicate them for fear of oppression or social isolation.  What I’m Afraid to Say strives to visually demonstrate these thoughts and feelings openly, honestly, and with genuine intensity.
