Truthfully thoughts aren't really organized.  Actually, for most, they are extremely disorganized.  Ideas, feelings and concepts are generally beyond our control.  Our present environment, our past, and anticipations of the future all live together inside if our heads.  Our minds are not libraries of information; they are more like piles of old journals.
